How much time do you need to transition out of the military?
It's a question that every service member asks at one point or another, and depending on who you ask, the answers may vary, but in general, a lot of veterans will tell you that 24 months should be plenty of time.
In this week's episode, Mike and Trevor talk to Sean Bailey, who just happens to be 24 months away from retirement, about the questions he has and the opportunities he wants to pursue in his post-military life.
We're also going to be doing monthly mini-sodes where we'll check in with Sean on the progress of his transition and answer some questions that a lot service members have about transition in those time frames.
Make sure you connect with Sean on LinkedIn and stay up to speed on what he's doing!
